Skinny Minnie
I hate my body. Im trying so hard to change it . i count and write down my calorie intake and that seems like a good motivater to eat less but i always end up stuffing my face. I try my best to exercise but i have back problems so it makes it painful for me . i just want to be thin and beautiful i need some big advice on how to stay motivated . i love your blog it is AMAZING and you are too. I was reading through your blog and thinking ' Hey maybe i'm not so alone .

Just remember, you CAN do this and you ARE strong. If you’re having trouble, try decreasing the amount of calories you eat by just a little each day until you’re comfortable so you ease into it. It will be a lot easier that way. Also, you may find that once you lose just a few pounds, it could make a big difference in your self-image. Start by setting a short term goal.
Even if we’re not physically there for you, you have people from this community supporting you and you can definetly talk to me any time you like. :)
